Lesson Cancellation Policy

• In the event of school or other scheduled activities, a minimum of 3 days’ notice is required.
• In the event of sudden illness or physical injury, notice must be given by the morning of the lesson.
• Where due notice is provided, every effort will be made to arrange a make-up lesson at a mutually convenient time. Lessons missed without adequate notice will be charged.
