for Private Tuition:
- All fees are payable 5 weeks in advance.
- 1 month’s notice is required for lesson termination.
- Lessons missed through student non-attendance will be charged.
- Lessons cancelled by teacher will be made up or carried forward.
for Early Childhood Music Program Classes:
- All term fees must be paid in full.
- With the exception of the first term of the year, fees are to be paid in advance no later than the first week of the term. Late payments will incur a 5% fee.
- Lessons are non-refundable.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
for Private Tuition:
- In the event of school or other scheduled activities, a minimum of 3 days’ notice is required.
- In the event of sudden illness or physical injury, notice must be given by the morning of the lesson.
- Where due notice is provided, every effort will be made to arrange a make-up lesson at a mutually convenient time. Lessons missed without adequate notice will be charged.
for Early Childhood Program Classes:
- If child is unable to attend a lesson, notice must be given by phone/text/email no later than 9:00am on the day of the lesson. Where due notice is provided, a make-up lesson will be arranged. Lessons missed without adequate notice will be charged.
- Make-up lessons cannot be changed once they have been scheduled.
- Make-up lessons cannot be credited to a subsequent term.
for Accompanying:
- Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of the booked services of an accompanist for a scheduled event will incur a fee of 50% of the total fee payable.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of the booked services of an accompanist for a scheduled even will incur a fee of 75% of the total fee payable.
